|
|
To promote human welfare, the An Kung Foundation
will continue to entrust Sichuan Angong Law Firm to
provide legal aid services globally on a pro-bono
basis in 2024. Details are as follows: |
|
|
|
I. Eligibility |
|
|
|
(1) Minors under the age of 18 with no income. |
|
|
|
(2) Full-time university students under the age of
24 with no income. |
|
|
|
(3) Low-income or no-income elderly individuals aged
70 or above who have no children. |
|
|
|
(4) Persons with severe disabilities (visual,
physical, intellectual, or mental) who have no
income. |
|
|
|
Note: There are no restrictions based on
nationality, race, skin color, or gender. However,
this free legal aid applies solely to eligible
individuals and does not extend to their immediate
family members or relatives. |
|
|
|
II. Application Process |
|
|
|
Eligible individuals may submit their legal aid
applications (in Chinese or English) to the
Administrative and Human Resources Department of
Sichuan An Kung Law Firm. Once the An Kung
Foundation approves the preliminary review,
designated funds will be allocated, and Sichuan An
Kung Law Firm or other legal professionals in
relevant countries and regions will be engaged to
provide free legal services. |
